3.2 Punky League System

The social foundation of the Punkvism ecosystem is the "Guild System," voluntarily formed by Punkykongz NFT holders. This system promotes collective participation and collaboration beyond individual involvement, enhancing community cohesion and sustainability.

Guild Composition and Tier System Guilds are voluntary alliances of Punkykongz NFT holders with the following structure:

  • Formation Conditions: Minimum of 50 Punkykongz NFT holders to form a guild.

  • Optimal Size: Maximum guild size set at 250 members.

  • Autonomous Operation: Each guild autonomously determines its internal rules and structure.

Guilds are classified into four tiers based on size and activity level:

Each guild operates under a leader called a "Monarch," selected through methods determined autonomously by the guild, such as voting, activity contribution evaluations, or NFT holdings. This autonomous structure provides a community-driven governance experience and boosts user engagement.

Guild Competition-Cooperation Mechanism The Punkvism ecosystem fosters both healthy competition and strategic cooperation among guilds:

  1. Seasonal Guild Tournaments

    • Quarterly competitions evaluate guilds based on metrics such as governance participation, contributions to development of the project, and community expansion.

    • Example: In Q2 2025, the "Crypto Dragons" guild won first place in community expansion through new member recruitment and training programs, earning PVT rewards and additional voting weight for the next RWA project decision.

  2. Guild Alliance System

    • A strategic cooperation framework where three or more guilds unite for a specific purpose, enabling joint pursuit of high-value projects.

    • Implementation: Alliances form through formal proposals and majority approval from each guild’s members, lasting up to 3 months with renewal by consensus.

    • Example: The "Triple Alliance" of three guilds collaborated on the Bantanova resort project in Indonesia, securing priority access and special benefits for specific project zone.

  3. Cross-Guild Collaboration Platform

    • A system supporting resource, skill, and service exchanges, as well as joint project execution between guilds.

    • Operation: Through an official platform, guilds share expertise and resources, exploring mutually synergistic collaboration opportunities.

    • Example: The "Code Masters" guild traded a staking dashboard tool they developed for data analysis services from the "Crypto Analysts" guild, allowing both to leverage strengths and address weaknesses.

This competition-cooperation ecosystem transcends mere gamification, acting as a social engine driving continuous innovation and growth within the Punkvism ecosystem. The guild system enables individual participant to wield greater influence and access diverse opportunities as part of a collective.
